ARTICULATION - Presentation Skills for Youth

Excel in your class presentations, oratory contests or scholarship and entrance interviews. It's never too early to start learning effective communication.
Program Outcomes:
At the end of 2 months,participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental theories of communication
- Deliver presentation confidently and effectively
- Discover their own personal style
- Project confidence and conviction
- Organize presentations effectively
- Analyze audience
- Evaluate and receive feedback
- Apply verbal and non-verbal communication
- Apply rhetoric in presentation
Who should attend:
- Youth between the age of 14 - 20
- Youth who want to be a better speaker!
Methodology:
The 8-weeks 2 hourly sessions will incorporate learning of theories of presentation, group-based activities and individual presentations. The final week will include an individual final presentation.
About the trainer:
Stuart Lee is a trainer and award-winning speaker. For the past 15 years, he has trained over a hundred speakers to communicate effectively and also mentored many international speech champions. He has the ability to identify, nurture and fulfill the potential of individuals through a unique blend of unconventional methods and real life experience.
Number of Participants:
Maximum of 15 participants per class.
Schedule of training
8 weekly classes of 2 hours
(Fridays 2.30 pm or Saturdays 2.30 pm)
Venue:
Articulation Training Centre equipped with a purpose-built presentation stage.
Medium of Instruction:
Predominantly English Language.
(Malay Language will be used if necessary)
